Little Churtons is located in Top Farm, which has a number of small businesses from Pottery by Willie The Potter and Bridal Wear to a Beauty Salon and Hairdressers. Farndon is a quite Cheshire village 7 miles to the south of Chester near the A534 and 4 miles off the A41 and has an excellent butcher - Griffiths of Farndon, Red Moon Interior Design - Kitchen Specialists, Dawsons DIY and Paul Burrell's Flower Shop. The village has an interesting history. During the English civil war both sides fought for control of the bridge crossing the Dee in Wales and the village of Holt just across the river where Bellis's Country Market and Garden Centre is located.
